As first-time home buyers, we were treated with the utmost respect throughout the building process from start to finish. Scott is a great listener, and his calm, professional manner showed us he cared about what we wanted in our house. He was proactive in offering us upgrades that were free to us, like extra recessed lights in the kitchen, handles instead of knobs, brushed nickel instead of brass, cable hookups in every room. Little things, maybe, but they made us feel special!

All our neighbors couldn't get their builders to fix anything, and yet our punch list was short and Scott tended to it immediately. Even after 12 months when we found an electrical issue under the house, Scott said, "don't worry; I'll have my electrician out there tomorrow." The next day it was fixed, at no charge to us.

Scott was always clean cut and well dressed, he respectfully took his shoes off when entering our home, and he seemed to address our needs on an emotional level, never invalidating our opinions. Scott's approach to home building is a cut above the norm, and especially after talking with other home owners, we felt very fortunate to have had Scott as our builder.
